The first CNCs didn't grab my interest much, for me it's RA2(Y.Revenge), T. Sun(firestorm), and Generals (Zero Hour).
What your problem?

well, I fixed the problem by buying a new "Command & Conquer: The First Decade" from Amazon.com and as far as I know, the gen. and Zero hour work, but not the RA2 or Y.R., can you offer some ideas to fix it? (I got it like 3 day ago)

Depends on what's wrong. First you have the option to install what first decade games you want. I only loaded T. Sun, RA2, and Generals. The ones whose titles appear grey are ones that weren't installed.
Other wise do you get any type of error messages when trying to run it?
