it is... and then you can see that anime and some japanese videogames involve that... the first time I was kinda introduced to that was I was watching the cardcaptor Sakura Dub with my sister and it was that one episode with the sleeping beauty play and Li as a princess was making us both laugh our pants off that our mom thought we almost went insane
