Hey! Don't blame yourself for not keeping contact, I've been pretty awful at it myself so I don't blame you or anything xD I'm good! Got a temporary job at the moment so I can get money for a "secret project" I'm working. I should be revealing it soon since it's for a convention in two weeks!
And so far I like it! Have to say the art styles are certainly different this time around, and I'm kind of surprised they more-or-less kept everyone looking the same since the last game. Think they would have at least given their designs some variety, but oh well. I would have thought for sure they'd make Link look like he did in Skyward Sword, but it seems they just made the colors brighter and kept his look from Twilight Princess

I love the designs too, especially Mega Man's. I love how he has choppy animation, since it's a throwback to his 8-bit sprite. About Link, I guess they just wanted him to look like how he always did in the series, with just a few more details. Although the Skyward Sword look would be fitting, considering that Skyloft is a stage in the Wii U version

Due to me being rather pissy, I left a comment saying on someone's stolen art saying that 'if you hide my comment I won't hesitate to report your art'. They said (prior to blocking me) that they reported me. Is it against the dA rules to say that? I did mention in my own report that I was sorry about the comment, but I'm still unsure.

To be honest I don't think anyone knows anymore because R^2 as usual screwed up that rule :/ At first it was considered harassment, then it wasn't, then it was again, and now R^2 is saying no so I have no idea. Pretty sure if they were to send a ticket regarding the comment, though, it'd just be the usual copy-and-paste "just block them" thing. Even if they already did that.
