Well for one you can go to your deviant info and update that...give a little information about likes in music and all that stuff...just click the little pencil thingy in the corner of the wedge and update it...
for the signature go to the little arrow next to your name at the top of the page and click settings and you can do that there!

go to submit, submit art...click add text and copy and paste your story into that then click upload and fill out the rest of the stuff that is says just ignore anything about prices and stuff! if you want pictures to upload then do the same just click upload file!
