Oh, you're very welcome~! Of course that I'll look at it, your art is sooo beautiful hehehe, I really love it allot~
I use Adobe products, mainly Photoshop. I also use PaintTool SAI and was thinking of using Clip Studio Paint once to see how it is. But mainly it's Photoshop for me hehe~ If you want to try Vector then try Adobe Illustrator or Flash, depends how you want to do things, Flash is more for Animations~

Remember, whatever you draw it's not the tools you use, it's about the person drawing it~ Don't let others affect you too much either, you have your own style and beauty, hehe~

I'm on Windows 10 right now.
Even used my Microsoft account for it.

Here's how you can Cirno-fy it.
1. Grab your favorite wallpaper featuring Cirno.
2. Apply it to Desktop and Lock screen.
3. Change the accent color to be based off the wallpaper.
4. Translucency on! Make the taskbar, Start, and Action Center use the color.
5. Flip out now that it's been done.

How do you mean~? The update took longer but it installed eventually, it's quite stable too~ Some programs need to be run with right click and run as administrator to be able to run em~

When I finished my upgrade, the only difference from the defaults was the icon and taskbar arrangement. And the WP.
I agree, Win10 is so stable, I could own some horses.

If I remember correctly, since you've upgraded with the free version you can ask the microsoft support to make you a cd or dvd of it so you own a physical copy of it and can install at any time you wish too~ I think that's how it was going~
But it is really stable, it just needs some updates and it will be very good~

If that's the case, I can't see the harm in asking them some time after the system locks itself in.
Y'see, Windows 10 upgrades have an option that allows one to undo the upgrade as a last resort. That option disappears after a month, and I see no reason to use it.
When that option disappears, I call it the system locking itself in.

The term's similar to one MegaTen fans know well, the Alignment Lock.
