The moon is a small plastic rhinestone that I painted gold. It is a bit difficult to explain how I did the eyes with just text, maybe I'll make a tutorial with pictures when I make another plush with similar eyes.

ok, tell me at least the materials that you used? I was thinking of them with the technique of decoupage, die eyes on the paper, and above we apply a film with glue and then cut it all off, you say this technique?

I used paper to first draw a bunch of eyes and once I got a design I liked I traced it onto on thin fusible interfacing. I filled in the details lightly with a pen first, and then colored them in with fabric paints. It was a little more complicated than this, but that's the general idea
