You're welcome! Also I completely finished watching all the Nier videos from you and the last bit of the last part- I began yelling lmao. I can't believe I started watching the LP like "ah, something very special indeed" and ended it with "SOMETHING VERY FUCKING SPECIAL". My entire brain was "!!!"

Depends on how the hypothetical parody is being played, although you could (hypothetically) use either of them.

Although BroNier probably has more offerings of inherent comedy, given his HYPER IDEALISM EVERYTHING WONDERFUL YONAH SAFE ~5EVER~ youthful days (also the fact that he may or may not be wearing pants back then), or play up the TORTURED PRETTYBOY later on.

Depending on how it's (hypothetically) played. If you want the character himself to be a source of comedy I'd go for BroNier. If you want the character to play the straight man versus a cast of nutjobs (again, being a different hypothetical approach to a hypothetical scenario, hypothetically), Papa Nier would probably be better. He's a bit too comparatively mellow (also ooooold) to be played directly for comedy.

The thing is, I'm not sure if portraying Weiss as a nutjob is the proper way to go. He can be a nutjob in his own right, but only when you tip him over the edge just the right amount. Kaine can be transformed into a certified nutjob almost assuredly. Emil... I have no idea what to do about him. And then there's either the straight man versus the nutjob cast or the nutjob in the nutjob cast while the sidekick has no clue what the hell to do about it.

Very difficult decision here. This is why I hypothetically gave up on writing hypothetical parodies.

Weiss wouldn't need to be a nutjob, necessarily. Just play up his pomposity to absurd heights and you'd have a straight-man Nier have to interpret for other characters. Alternatively, hyper-kawaii BroNier would be the comedic foil for Weiss, who would be the stoic straight man of the proceedings and constantly express his deep regret for letting this brat ever talk to him ever.

Somewhere in the first few minutes I've managed to make PapaNier a homicidal maniac.

I guess that leaves Weiss as play-up-pomposity and a whole team of nutjobs. Well, except Emil, because it's literally impossible to make him a nutjob. Just even more innocent and adorable than the norm, I guess.

Gotta love those two. I would kill to see that guy again. Advantage to being seat one on the bus, next time I see him riding down the street I'm going to tell the driver to stop the bus, leave my percussion kit on the street, and go running after him.

Eh, borderline public indecency is a surprisingly minor part of the character. It's the misanthropy and expletives that you really need to get down. The fun part, I daresay.

I can't watch any Harry Potter movies without immediately assuming that the twist is Snape turns out to be a floating book. And then when it doesn't happen I get really disappointed.
