By the way, that Audino Gijinka ("Gijinka" is also called "Pokemorph" when in reference to Pokemon Gijinka.) looks a lot like the Audino Gijinka from the Pokemon Black/White webcomic series, "Black's Adventures."

Well, the Audino Gijinka in Black's Adventure has different clothing...plus, the Audino in Black's Adventure is a male.

o.o And, actually, now that I look at it, it does have a different art style than Joy in Black's Adventures. (Joy is the name of the Audino.)

It's too close!

Also, the Oni mask is the wrong color, it's supposed to be white, as is the haori, the horns don't look right, and Chikiri never actually takes off the mask. The only way it comes off is if it breaks. The thing beneath the haori is supposed to be black. Oh, and I don't see any chains going up his shoulder, so, that's kind of wrong, too.

Also, his bangs are as long as the back of his hair.

I'm sorry to say this, but, it kinda sucks. But, maybe your next try (If you actually do try again) will work out better? Oh, also, what's with the katakana on the right side?

If this is too much for you, then I'll go to someone else or probably just give up and trying to get his Bankai drawn.

sorry about that... wow i got a lot wrong. but um it would have helped more if there was a picture reference to look at. (and i dont really know much about bleach... so sorry about that too OTL)

No, it's not Nyo-Belarus. It's non Nyo-Russia. Also, the exact synopsis of Hetalia is that it's about the anthropomorphic representations of all of the nations of the world, specifically during the time between WWI and WWII. They've even made a movie about it called "Paint It, White!" which is about how aliens called "Pictonians" invaded Earth and turned everything white and turned the humans/nations into Pictonian lookalikes.
