Thank you! I look up to your style a lot. I also think you are very good at giving forth a sense of atmosphere. Your scenes always feel really soft and full of light, which is something I'm still trying to get a grasp on.

As for why you didn't receive notifications on my deviations, that I do not know. However as for journals and status updates then that's probably because I don't use these features a lot. Generally I only write stuff there when I need to reblog something for a raffle or contest. Hope it's fixed now in any case.
