Hey thanks! Good to hear from ya again! Haven't really been active lately; time has been taken up by college and other things. But I've been good for the most part. Another big reason is that I've been making major changes to my characters, even creating an entirely new world for them! Don't want to do anything until I get a solid gradp on it lol. How’s college going? I hope it’s going well I graduated last August, but now my time is taken up mostly with work, and applying to get my teaching credential.
What kinda of changes are you making? I wish you luck on creating this new world of yours, it’s a hard, but exciting process ^^ I’m still writing stories and drawing/creating characters and species. I also started a weekly sketch series this year that’s been helping me draw more consistently and get out of art block.

Honestly, college could be better. Guess I got a little to comfortable and slacked off a bit so I'm a little behind Still, nothing I can't handle. Also, congratz on graduating! And good luck with getting that credential. What're you teaching btw?

As for changes I'm making, they range from character names, appearance, backstory, personality, I'm changing everything lol I'm mostly doing this because Mystery Dungeon fanfics have been done to death, they're everywhere. I pretty much did away with the idea that my OC's are explorers. I want to try and do something a bit more unique, which is where my world building idea came from. Trying to be more than "just another mystery dungeon fanfic" basically lol

I honestly haven't been drawing much lately, though I'm hoping to start again soon. Probably after the semester is over. A weekly sketch series actually sounds like a good idea! Could make for decent practice between the "big" uploads. For some reason I always had the urge to paint every sketch I make. Even the ones I never intended to lol

Thanks, and I hope the rest of this school year goes well for you! My initial plan was to teach marching band, but with various circumstances having changed, I think I'll end up professionally tutoring music theory while teaching mathematics. Teaching band, especially marching band, requires an INSANE level of work and dedication, and given that I would like to start my own family one day, I don't think it would be the best option (because I'd be working almost all the time, including summer). I do, however, want to teach music, since that's what I have a degree in, so private tutoring sounds better to me. I also want to teach mathematics now because I've gotten so much better at it over the last year, and I feel I can handle teaching it really well. Plus, that wouldn't have nearly the stress of trying to teach and run band all year long.

I understand that; I love PMD, but as of now, the characters I always draw and use aren't explorers, and I basically don't even use my team anymore in any storytelling. The closest character I still use that's loosely connected to PMD is Roy, since he was once involved with my main team.

Most of my art these days is either the weekly sketches, or the "huge" drawings I aim to upload once a month. One thing about summer I'm looking forward to is that I'll have much more time to draw and write. Haha, even though I don't go to school anymore, I still have those "can't wait for summer!" thoughts XD
