How cold does it get there?
Today is the hottest day in britain since 100 hundred years so i'm kinda melting away and slowly dying. Been swimming lots though, which is always good when it's hot. Stupid public swimming pools

haha well the coldest it gets here is in the mornings n thats like -3 but winters usually like 6-7 degrees in the day...

You're probably right. I've shut things up too much in the past and now i've forgotten how to let go or express myself properly. Don't you ever get that when you've got so much to say but you can't find enough words to fit?

You don't know the half of it. People always try to convince me to forget about the past and move on; but, I can't move on if I don't understand the past and what/how things happened. It's really crazy, especially when people just won't communicate with you, and push you away when you try to talk to them....or maybe im just crazy and living in a nightmare

People just don't want to listen these days. You can't forget about the past if you don't understand it, i agree with you. But then maybe there are some times you just have to say 'fuck it' and get on with things or else you're gonna be held back too much. Something i'm trying to wriggle out of now.
