I see you got an answer to your rat question, I was going to suggest mites too. I hope you don't mind me also providing some input D:
My male rats have always wrestled and pinned each other (the poor ratty being pinned down always makes a loud fuss whilst being groomed, so at first it worried me) and I reckon it's just a case of boys being boys. Periodically, my bald rats get little scratches on them from each other...but then they just need a nail-trim.
If you actually see them kicking the daylights out of each other to the point of actual harm, then maybe put Ratticus in a cage with one of the others that doesn't seem to be an aggressor and trim all their claws with some small nail clippers if possible (this seems to be a two person job, one to gently restrain the rat and the other to administer the hated pedicure).
It's probably best to get some mite treatment for Ratticus, and maybe sensible to treat all the others too since these things are catching. I hope he gets better soon.

No, there is never any really hard fighting, just typical wrestling and grooming.
Though my rats do also really need a nail trim. I've been trying to do it for months but they won't let me. ;_;

uh oh well I can try and help.
scabs and cuts: Rat's nails are quite sharp (obviously xD) and the blood and such is probably just from them rough housing, im covered in cuts and scabs. the reason the other boys don't have this is because their fur protects them, and since this other boy is losing his fur, he is more vulnerable. So i wouldn't worry about that. as for the fur, it could be stress or mites, they also lose hair when they scratch or too much protein in his diet.
