Wow, that was a slow response.
I actually left the group because nothing was happening, it was poorly organised, it didn't seem to have many events/happenings (just a generic group) and it took you too long to respond to messages.
Sooo... I'm not actually in the group anymore. I'm already Contributor or higher in about seven groups, so I'm trying to keep numbers down by cutting the fat, as it were, on groups that don't do anything.

No, you don't. You can use Microsoft Paint if you want, just use #FF00FF (the color in hex notation) for transparency. That's true as long as you're making CursorXP cursors, NOT if you're making normal cursors.

I've been trying to figure out for some time now how to create cursors without the pointer going all wiggy. Please send me in the right direction?

Okay then. First of all, good to hear that you came back safe.
Now to the cursor business. Usually, I set the hot spot to the same place on all of the frames. To overcome this, I usually just have the hot spot be what the program sets it as.

That's the grinder, I'm trying to find a program TO use. So far all of the icon / cursor programs are either too out-of-date or just crappy. Help?

Well, I use a little program called JustCursors. I tried looking it up over at ~Cursor-Mania , but they don't have a link to it. So I think you'll have to Google it.
