aha X-D I've heard several people say Arcanine in general are some of the most difficult Pokemon to draw, so that doesn't surprise me. You did great with Bia earlier, I'm sure it'll be great. =-)

Basically, when you create the folder itself, no-one can submit to it. So you have to go into the 'manage members' section of the admin area and change the folder permissions and voting procedures - both for the new folder and for the one you're retiring. It's relatively straightforward, you just have to know where to look and you have to be thorough.

Still alive and kicking
Sorry I am sending this out as a general message.
We got hit hard by Hurricane Sandy in both Freeport, N.Y. and Rockaway, N.Y. Lost 2
cars and 2 motorcycles. Still no power, heat or hot water in Rockaway, have power only
in Freeport. Just got internet up and running and trying to get priorities taken care of. I
Will let everyone know when we are back online and running normally.
For now thanks to propane heat, candles, etc everyone is ok.
We are rebuilding and standing on our own two feet, please donate to the victims of
Hurricane Sandy that have no where to turn or no means to help themselves.
Being in the middle of it all, I know there are a lot out there that can use your help.
