And ha, I know that feeling... damn medical exams!!! Have robbed so much of my time for drawing lately, URGH. But it's very, VERY nice to hear from you again!
And ha, indeed I am - albeit not much lately other than doodles and WIPs. But yes, KROVENS! There shall certainly be more Krovens...
Also, don't know if you know yet, but I'm also on Tumblr now - and have dumped some WIPs there! ^^ (though I tend to reblog a lot of random stuff, so search the tag "Vann's art" or "Krovens" if you want to find anything like that - been working on some sketches and Kroven gait study animations! ^^ *got another animation WIP coming up soon btw*)

And aww, thanks again, the exams are over now but I am anxiously awaiting the results, ARGH.

And ha, well, the anatomy we studied was all human and mostly organs and other internal workings, so my anatomy from Krovens comes from my own brain and previous anatomical and biomechanical knowledge of the construction of other species that I knew before I started my medical degree (honestly, before starting the degree I knew the bones and muscles of humans anyway aside from a few smaller ones, so it didn't teach me much there.)
It actually isn't much use at all to learn from in that regard, if anything studying human structures could almost give misinformation for non-humans if I didn't have bionerd status pre-medical degree... I've always enjoyed anatomy anyway, but not so much the clinical management side of things, I hate that so much...

And ha, there will indeed be more Krovens, including some characters not seen yet on dA before (a couple of Kårstatt, including Morsan's daughter, Jaana - speaking of which, had you seen the Kårstatt-Renvor comparison ref yet? *some anatomy is now a bit outdated, like too-short humerus, but mostly still correct enough* And also Morsan himself, my dreadlock-headed rogue...)

Ha, well, parts of my course are good anyway, though this year was a bit... But hopefully it is still just part of the path that's going the right direction, even if there are a few sucky detours along the way. :'D

Ah... I know how that feels, and it's still not completely resolved with me either. Still, I'm in the second year of doing a degree in medicine, and at least it's gotten a lot more interesting now. I got to skin a human face yesterday.
