oh yeah, could you edit your post with the attendee list? itd be a lot less confusing than if the info was on two separate posts. and bsapphire needs to link to one post so others can access the info more easily. soo if u could change it, itd help a lot ^^ in the meantime, ill put the attendee list and stuff on my existing post. if you want, you can list specific scene reenactments and other misc. events

hmm so first things first, i'll remove my list from the forums so its easier to read, i should remind you that you also have to keep an eye on the cosplay forums as well, for instance, another guy is planning to go as rolo, so we're up to 64 i think. did you add yourself and your friends, because i thought you didnt and last i checked you didn't specify the location and time again
as for specific scenes...
i definitely want to do the stab scene at the end, i have a special plan of how to renact that, but its going to be a bit hard....

hmm im not sure if we can do the chess thing, since the bleach gathering is waay before the geass gathering, and the original plan was to have them close in times to each other (like last year) so we can quickly borrow and return the board and stuff. not sure about this year. as for the pizza dinner, it shouldnt be too hard to organize, providing that people actually pitch in for it. do you want to be in charge of that?

i think i could do the pizza thing, i know we should have it about 4:30ish. what i plan to do is announce to everyone that i'm planning to order the pizza, but only if everyone agrees to pitch in like 5-10 dollars. i'll order the pizzas and they should arrive as we finish the pictures.
