I noticed your work and find all very astounding! I'm curious where you studied or grasps the ideas for medieval concepts? I'm trying to figure out medieval structuring and architects. Just hard to find any books or material to study to grasp all the various styles for castle and buildings.

study history, travel, do a lot of research where you want to base your work on and buy good artbooks "for example witcher 2"

good that u think u are haha :P (Lick) . Well the thing is, I never found a proper tutorial about how to create bump textures in zbrush from a low poly mesh like my Sturmtrooper. The logic of how the program works wasn't really explained to me.

ahh right haha!

You basicly create a high poly model by subdividing your low poly model in zbrush until you have a good high poly model you're happy with (your model looks awesome by the way!)

Once you have your high poly model that takes up pretty much the same area of space as the low poly model, you then export it as a .obj

you can bake high poly models and normal maps using other programs but i use "xnormal" [link] which makes the process SO much simpler haha you just put the low poly in the low poly slot, the high poly in the high poly slot and tick "normal maps" on the rendering slot :) (Smile)

all you do is then bake it and apply it!

Im not sure if i explained that very well >.<

graduation projects. want to do sideprojects. But the main one for my graduation is taking all the time:<. But either way, its my graduation project, so that figures. After my that, i am going to do something completely different when i am graduated.
