Thanks all the same but I just can't control what the sun does. My recommendation would be doing a google picture search on Ayres Rock as there a hundreds of other pics out there that how would you say "need color processing". It just so happens that its big and its red. But thanks.

ok :P (Lick) i sometimes change white balance to shade or tungsten even if it's not shady or i'm not capturing a light bulb...
You know... as far as a photo goes, nothing is definitive and absolute, SPECIALLY in digital imaging... the technology is new and unexperienced, so.... you have to do a little work yourself to manipulate the image into the final product, even on films they did that...
