Well, it's conjoinment involving Starfire and Raven from the Teen Titans cartoon as a two headed girl. As for clothes, maybe a bit of a mixture of their clothes. Basically, Starfire's clothes on her side, while Raven's clothes is on her side.
I always likes the idea of characters from cartoons, anime, games and such as conjoined. That and I've never been good at making original characters.
