1. When someone says something you don't like in your forum you delete it (thats why this is here, you can't delete it)?
2. If Sarah want's something changed in the script you refuse even though she's the co-writer?
3. Your cast that are based on real people, there IRL counter-parts are not happy with what your drawing them like, and what your trying to make them do? (including putting you in an uncomftible position with 1 of the girls)
4. Why wont you won't lisen to them?
5. Why do you always lie? You have lied about your fan-art pic (saying it was the artists fault, but refusint to show the original peice) about why there was a delay on your last comic, why you won't change the script for Sarah (so don't try useing that lie this time) and so much more
6. Why do you find it so hard to take advice off others only out to help?
7. Why do you spend no time in your forum or even your website, when you don't have a very busy life (you don't have a social life mate, I know you don't, I've been told)
8. Why do you try to avoid replying to comment son your DA work that dosen't compliment your work?
9. why do you avoid parts of crit people give youbut lisen tot he bits that are nice?
10. Why do you make no effort to keep your site up to date?

Mark, these people are giving you some decent sounding advice, and there honust opinion. You really should lisen to them, everything they are saying is right. Your not gonna get to print if your original comic are sucks, and with your mentality for this, you won't make efforts to improve. I recomend going back to the concept art, working hard at improving your style, and art, STOP calling it anime, or make it actualy look like anime. And once you have done all that, re-draw pages 1 and 2.

Did you just listen to Kain? Your not drawing Manga. The style is nothing similar, although there are a million styles of Manga. Your layouts are boring. And you panels are mundane. Try to be a little more dynamic.
Study the human figure a little more, your close to reasonable anatomy but they still look a little silly, im sure I read that you wanted college crisis published. Well you got to spell College right first.
Still, your work is coming along nicely. I cant wait to see improvements.

I'm not being nasty but I have to admit that your drawing is below standard for this online portfolio.
Have you ever seen the film 'American Splendor'? Harvey Pekar proved that lack of drawing ability was not a barrier for good story lines. Its not enough to say that its meant to be surreal, your work has to be entertaining to read.
Also, I think that you should concentrate on improving your figure drawing before attemping a comic of this type. And you refer your work as Manga. this really confuses me as it is not even styled as such.
Finally, I think that if you take these critisisms on board you may improve your drawing skills, or rethink your methods. watch American Splendor to see how Harvey Pekar creates entertaining stories from everyday incidents. It wouldnt go a miss if you checked our gallery as well.

I really would suggest looking into some kind of anatomy sketch books or something Mark. There are also plenty of sites that can help out with facial features and lineart too. Try and find some of those 'How To Draw' books for manga (although avoid the god-awful ones done by the American artists that are cheap and crap, urgh)
How about trying a bit of colour work too?
Just stop blocking out all the constructive criticism your getting. Normally dA is shit for this kind of thing so consider yourself lucky, there's some really helpful things being pointed out.

i ain't seen that film (partly because he looks like a perv on the cover) but on a better note character developmenthas and is taking place for issue 3 (yes i know it's dull to do this after the start of the comic). It will look like manga when up and there is a story though the first two issue's don't show it (don't mention the spagetti arm from No.1). i belive it will be entertaining (side note the pace pics up a lot). storyline is planned for a few issues yet and meeting with my co-writer monday to discus the story (with layout in mind) i hope this is good news to you fav me and you'll see how it turns out (your's looks like a good read so i'll fav you)
