I'm a Londoner. It's a poor city but it's good for gigs. Sadly, that's just about the sole thing it is good for.

wow u have a great list too! nice to see some gig addicted people like that hehe
actually I'm planning to come to london to see anathema! and no wacken this year cause I already have 8 festivals this summer what means no more holidays and money left for wacken (its soooo far away for me)
have fun!

I would have gone to that London Anathema gig but it's in September and too many bands are playing here then! Dammit, are hotels cheap at that time of the year?! And 8 festivals...wow, that's excessive. Still, I look forward to seeing your pics that you take while you're there

dunno if hotels are cheap, I dont stay at a hotel... I go back the same night (first plane back home) or go to visit some friends, depends, have to check that still
will u go to any festivals this year?

Wow, flying in and out of the country on the same day! Sounds pretty hectic. I'm guessing you're a massive Anathema fan then.
The only festival I've got planned at the moment is the Malmo Festival in Sweden. On the last day all the metal bands play such as Paradise Lost, Cryptopsy, Aborted, The Forsaken, Soilwork and a couple of others. It's free as well, which is great

Hi there
I'm looking forward to the new album, yes, but I don't dare to have too high expectation. I've heard some samples from their homepage and I don't know if I like some of it while some of it is still great. I've also read the lyrics and I like those Anyway, Catamenia has never disappointed me before and I hope they will not do it this time either.

Me boff? No, I just enjoyed writing my shit. You remember Tuesdays period 6, I think, last year? When we had private study and I'd write those badass stories/fanfics that consisted of various B*C and Chris Jericho adventures? Sigh...it's so old skool. I can't even remember what I did with them in the end. Did I give them to you?
I still have that 2 Minutes To Midnight story though. Pure class! I want to marry it. I was actually reading it the other day and I was killing myself. How the fuck did I think up such amazingness?! Wayne Shannon = the best. And he still lives on my computer. If I wasn't marrying my story, I'd marry him.
And 2gether are alive on Myspace? That's worrying and I don't know which is worse: you're not the only fan or they're existant on Myspace. Are you going to buy the merch then? Hehe, I can imagine a load of randomo strangers walking up to you in Crapdon when you're wearing a 2gether tshirt or something, saying "OMFG OmG!1!!1!1!1eleven!!1 I LoVe Ur 2GeThA TsHRt. WhErE Is It FrOm?!?!?!?!111?!!?!" and when you say Myspace they all feel at home. Haha. You should tell everyone about P3nge+her. I loved them so much better than 2gether. I mean, what was it, U=me=us (algebra) or something? I think the 2gether one had (calculus) at the end. Ah, I can't remember.
Lol, wasn't there some 30something year old dude in that band? Pob Pus/Bob Bus and everyone else was a kid? Well, young adult ~ you know what I mean. But still, I'm amazed that you're still obsessed with them.
PS: You still have my Diablo II ook, biatch!

I was talking to someone about that Pop song actually a while back. They didn't remember it and they though I was fucking making it up! I mean, how could I make up something as fucked as N*Stink!? Damn college people. That song was everywhere and that person couldn't remember it. I can't even remember who it was but I bet it lowered their opinion of me "Wow, that 'metalhead' spends her spare time writting pop songs..." Dammit. Still, I'd laugh if I heard that track haha.
I have no idea where those stories could be. I'll find them somehow . I'm gonna guess they're still in my old folder. Hm..I dunno, I'll check tomorrow or something.
Exams haven't been hindering my social life actually. They're so much easier than GCSEs and here I thought last year A levels would be impossible. Though, I do remember being told that GCSEs are the hardest exams you do or some shiz.

Ah the usual ~ socialising (no parties for a bit though), going to gigs...infact, the last gig I went to (Nile) a couple of days after my birthday, the main composer dude came up to me after the show (front row centre, I was ) and asked me if he could have a photograph of me and him with on his digi camera! Talk about role reversal. He said he was going to put it up on the band site so I'll gvie you the URL when it's up, probably after they've finished touring I imagine. MY next gig, King Diamond, is on the day of my last exam. Yayness. There are a lot of upcoming gigs in the future (man, it sounds like I'M the one going on tour) and out of bands that you've heard of, well in September Blind Guardian (you know, the Germans who wrote that song Bright Eyes that I love, espech last year) are coming! I'm really looking forward to that one! Oo and also, in July Blue Oyster Cult! Yaynessx7438959. That will rock too. And of course...Maiden in Dec
Speaking of which, on Sky 1 today there was this program on spontaneous human combustion presented by Bruce Dickinson man himself. It had all this physics stuff invovled, stuff that we learnt for GCSE and I tell ya, I probbaly would have gotten an A if we had watched that in class. But CHS would have probably been fuckers and not let us watch it 'cause it had its moments of graphic nature. It also had stuff about things being blown up so I think Neil would have liked it (remember when he tried to make us watch a video on buildings being blown up?! How fucking INSANE was that?!). Of course on the show they had a couple of Iron Maiden songs playing in the background, well, bits of songs.
Yeah...Bruce Dickinson is still some level of deity. I think it was actually this time last year I got all Maiden obsessed. It was the band that crushed my Motley Crue obsession. Ah, band obsessions own.
Anyhow, how are you? And are you going to buy that $20 2ge+ther thing?

erm...we are scientists but thats in november....and basically whatever i can get tickets for really - after exams im planning to just go out, gigging to anything -just to sortve know whats going on in london if you get me - adventuring if you will lol. i think its gonna be fun this summer!

OMG, Birthday Massacre and We Are Scientists suck so bad haha. Weren't both of them playing at 'Give It A Name'? That festival sucked too. Damn crappy lineups. Well, here's a near comprehensive list of what I hope to see:
King Diamond
BLOODSTOCK FESTIVAL (Edguy, Stratovarius, Metal Church, Turisas, Bal-Sagoth, Callenish Circle, Season's End, Atheist, Rage & many many more <3)
Blue Oyster Cult
Celtic Frost + Cryptopsy + Gorerotted
Morbid Angel
Enslaved + Zyklon + 1349 + Keep Of Kalessin
Blind Guardian + Astral Doors
Opeth + Paradise Lost (who are possible supports)
Iron Maiden
Therion + Grave Digger
...and I think the following bands have yet to announce UK dates between Aug - Oct: Suffocation, Freak Kitchen & Catamenia. And then of course there are support bands. Still, that's a helluva lot of bands. Nothing's confirmed yet (save King Diamond and Iron Maiden) so...yes. It's looking good. I'll be so very happy if I see them all. I love it when awesome bands are supported by awesome bands. It's so awesome. Although I'm a little confused how gigging lets you know what's going on in London....I wouldn't say it's adventuring either, unless it's in a different city, such as that Bloodstock festival. All the way up north so I gotta get cash for the journey. It's not like I haven't been saving though hehe.
I agre with you about history. I still need to do more revision because I know close to nothing. The price for fucking around in lessons.
And I miss Tony's hair too. It was so cool and now it's crap and bald and non-existant. Did I tell you Jerichoman doesn't plan on growing his hair back either?

cos gigs lead to other events - and adventuring as far as new parts of london. its a reasonably decent city. wanns try and get to spain next year tho - if the funds dont let me down haha.
why do cool people fuck around with hair lengths? i dont get it...its so gay.
hitsory was lameo - if i had known it was just prohibiton i would have skived all year. how was yours?

I think I can safely say gigs don't lead to other events haha. And you want to go on holiday to Spain next year? I want to go to Germany next year 'cause there's this metal fest called Wacken Open Air and it's like a fucking pilgrimage for metalheads world wide. It's their Mecca, basically and I want to go before it's off to the US. Sadly though, I need to find someone to go with. I don't want to go on my own. And of course I'll need a job too. I still want a job.
People cutting hair is crap. Trimming is fine but cutting loads of is lame.
My history was bleh too. It was easier than I thought (I thought it would be fucking impossible) but it was still challenging. Damn Hitler and Mussolini. The unfortunate thing is that I know songs written about both of them haha (none by Maiden, surprisingly). Thing is I STILL have one last exam. This Monday coming up ~ law. And then after that you have to go back to lessons until mid July when we officially break up. I'm bunking the rest of my lessons on the day after my exam and I'm not going in on the Tuesday either. I'll consider Wednesday. Depends on how tired I am. All the A2's would have left though so it'll be pretty empty.

hmm well outings in general when me n rhianna are concerned always lead to other events, whether it be stalking from forgein strangers or talking to ppl in pubs. so i think i can safely say that for us they do, seeing as everything does lolol.
i havnt checked deviantart in ages, howve you been?
i nearly had i nervous breakdown today cos our art exhibiton had to be put up and i was still largely unfinished. was really gay.

You've been to Germany many a time? Damn. I've got pretty much a year to find someone to go with, which is a lot harder than it seems. And the place is Wacken. Camping and hanging out with strangers...
How have I been? Relatively ok I guess. The usual. I'm trying to get a summer job for extra cash seeing as I've got too many gigs to count to go to as well as a holiday to Sweden at the end of the year. It'll all be great but financially, it's looking very very odd. So today I handed my CV into a couple of places that actually had vacancies in the window. Fingers crossed.
So they put your art up unfinished? That suxor. Was it obvious that you were unfinished? And does this mean all the exam people are going to wonder in and grade it?
I had my law exam last Monday (not the one just went) and it was so shit. I'm pretty certain I failed it. I could have done much better with more revision. I answered 15 mark questions with one paragraph. The certainty of failure is draining me. I really don't want that grade. I need to get a pass just so I can retake the two units in January and if I don't pass, I'm so fucked and I'll have to stick with photography...Just my luck. I still suffer from bad luck, btw.

I have NO idea what our mum's have been chatting about, especially since my mum went on holiday to Italy (she invited me but of course I declined). The house got trashed because my bro had a fucking house party and everything fucked up and police were called and I had to kick everyone out. I was actually at a gig when it all happened but when I came back with my friend I was pissed off. I then collected as many beers as I could around the house and got drunk. I feel sorry for my friend who had to listen to my drunken ramblings lol.
Story, eh? What's it about? I actually started to write a story (after that really long Lars one we wrote last year I figured I could easily write a more serious story just as long in about the same time) but I've been so busy I've written no more than a couple of pages.
And I used to know how to get to Lewisham. There's a bus that goes right through the high street but I've forgotten. It's been like a year since I took it. How come you're going to Lewisham anyway?

I haven't been on MSN in so long. In fact, I haven't been online so long. I went to Sweden (so many hot men *dies*) and I went to a festival thing there too and saw one of my favourite death metal bands who I had seen a week earlier in England haha...but yeah, hot metal men. Also, interesting fact: 30% of all Nordic men are single. Interesting fact #2: 50% of Nordic marriages end in divorce so...
I'll deffo try and get online more often and not at ricockulous times like 4am but I doubt that will be happening anyway because college starts on Tuesday so it's back to not-so-late-nights. But I'll chat of course. We need to catch up.
Also, just wanted to mention that in the last few days I've had that "The kids are coming" Alan song in my head and I also realised that the opening line has 2 meanings rather than the 1 we meant for, one being a more crude one that I didn't realise when we made the song. Ah, our innocent minds. I love it, I really do...

I haven't had absinthe for a while. But I certainly want to try and write/draw/do something creative while indulging in the stuff. I suppose running around being dodgey in the woods doesn't count as creativity...
My net connection is pretty fucked so I'm rarely on MSN because it cuts off and I have too many people to apologise to if it fucks up during a convo. It's on my list o' things to get sorted out by the end of....October maybe?
Yesterday my friends and I saw Blind Guardian live (remember them?). We met the band too and their vocalist gave me some massive hug and I didn't even ask. It was like some insane embrace and then he was like "We're cuties" and he's certainly totally cute. Got back home at 2:45am. Needless to say, the mother was pissed off. Me and my gigs on weekdays....
Yeh, you talked about the party networking thing. There was actually a party on Friday but I didn't go because I couldn't be arsed.
I haven't seen you in almost a year. Do you realise that? We must have a proper catching up session one of these days. At least we still talk online
