If your friend is IP 72.192.153.132 then this person at no point contacted me on their personal thoughts and continued to harass one user. Using the boxart is under fairuse for non profit purposes, which is why there is a policy for it. The studio companies themselves created it. If it was thievery then the derivative artwork on Pixiv and Piapro would have been removed long ago.
I have screen capped this conversation to make a report myself.

As stated, she was never blocked because she didn't do anything worthy of a warning or a block. She only created a page which I deleted because she did so at a spur of the moment due to the drama happening. If she really wants to work on the character she just needs to contact me to restore the page.

I don't mind parody characters (e.g Kagami Kawaiine) what I do mind is spam and something done as an undeveloped joke.

Reporting a wiki for attempting to curb incidences of harassment that was causing users distress does not make sense and will not be something Staff will pursuit due to the log evidence. I do not know who Kokoa is and your story is confusing because the only two recently banned accounts are ones that have indeed caused problems. I don't go blocking people willy-nilly, I do warnings and blocks when it is clear an IP or User has an intention to be a vandal or a bully.

IP 72.192.153.132 was temp blocked multiple times for constantly going after one user and also vandalizing pages after being repeated warned proof here [link] . The final straw came when this user simply didn't take the high road and ignored the pages they didn't like. They also never bothered to talk to me about suggestions for the wiki and even told me "not to bother talking to them", showing that my attempts to reach an understanding were disregarded.

User DewDropStudios' page was deleted because the article was clearly created as a spur of the moment attempt to continue the drama, it was taken as spam which is something I don't tolerate very well. I already talked to this person to say if they want to work on this character they can and I will restore the page. Thread here [link] , this person was not blocked for anything because they did nothing that was worthy of a block.


User Fanloid01 was not the instigator, her pages and images have been the target of people who, instead of talking to her level to level, decided to harass her.
