Yeah I contacted them via Contact Us several times but they don't feel like giving us our accounts back. Not "at this time" as they said. I don't know, I can't convince them and I let it go for now. But OHHH thank you so much for saving festival stuff for me but there is no need haha! If it just happens I need some cheap apparel, I'll ask if you have some but until then you're good :^)

I know!! They lost several dedicated players when they could have handled this situation so much better than this. I also sent them numerous questions in the past and they never answered. I understand that game development is not easy and game support takes time but instead they just love banning their users without any solid checking. It's very disappointing, many good and honest players I know personally got banned just for that or complete misunderstandings.
