How about uploading decent artwork yourself before critcising others? And instead of finding one of the worst pics in my gallery from back when I wasn't as good why don't you look through my gallery and note how my style has improved and evolved and give me genuine pointers to help me get better instead of just trolling me? Comments like yours could put people off being artists whereas a decent critique can tell them where they're going wrong and steer them in the right direction to becoming decent-if not great-artists.

Alright, I'll be the first to say that many of these people just deserve to be told that they need to improve their style and that this site needs more honest people.
However, trolling is pretty much the lowest level you can do that on, especially obvious trolling. Subtlety can hurt more than blunt force.
