And really, it sounds cliched, but there really isn't any better way to improve as an artist than just practice, practice, practice. Lessons or classes help with how effective that practice is, but the best way to learn how to draw realistic things is to break them down into the shapes that make them up and draw the shapes instead of the object. Try drawing a very small jigsaw puzzle piece by piece; it helped me a lot.

I wish I had time to practice, between school, baking, and computer programming, I don't even see how I make time to sleep. I will take your advice about the puzzle pieces, i could make time for that. Thanks for the tips.

Well, I don't really have any programming needs at the moment, but thanks for offering! I do, however, have a verrrrry good friend who's been struggling with writing a game lately, and if you're any good with C++ then I'm sure he would appreciate the help.
