because I always keep a portion of my money (usually a pretty small amount) put aside for things I'd like and the rest goes into things I need to pay for (gas, repairs, textbooks). This way, I can build up money over time to afford stuff like plane rides back home, which I put into my "Thing's I'd Like" category.

What a wonderful surprise!

It is such a pleasure to meet you here, you have no idea. I have been up to my earlobes in work lately, and I'm afraid it's taking a toll on my hours of sleep. It's so nice to sit down and have a chat with such a lovely young and educated lady as yourself.

As for the blue armadillos, we don't really get many of those here in Texas. The weather is much too hot for the creatures, although I can't say I feel sorry for them. No, you really have to worry about the snakes here. Why, it was only yesterday that one of those flying pests tangled itself up in my hair! Can you believe it? It's nearing the winter months and the snakes haven't migrated yet. I'm telling you, it's all this global warming business. Nasty stuff that is.

I'm afraid I still have work to do, seeing as I got home dreadfully late. I do hope to hear from you in the future and I look forward to another chat with you!

Flying snakes, you say?

Ah yes, I've heard about them; apparently they've begun to be quite a epidemic down there!

I say, it reminds me of the purple frog-flies we had up here about two summers back.

Horrible things they were, all slimy and buzzing around your head everytime you'd step outside!

Why, if you were to drive into a swarm of them ... I don't even want to go there!

Anyway, hopefully, the poor snakes will find their migration route soon, they aren't made for the winter months ...
