Bonjour. Je peut-etre "jouer"... "essayer" avec le francais?
Mais..
I speak English.
I also handle a bit of Spanish (Habla tu espanol?)
Leet? (Internet speak?)
Alvoce? Na'ven? Alltongue? El Realismo Magico?
La lenguage de los symbuls? (symbols. *a tip of the hat, to doctor "Facilier"??*)
Sorry for overwhelming? I like polite conversation? And I like facilitating it. I can proove I'm human, in private if you wish.
In the meantime: "Cake or Death?" "Priest or Prince?" "Prince or Pauper?"
Who could eeeever love a beast?

Please allow me to introduce myself.Β
I'm a girl. Disney bubbles was my pseudonym once. I love that so many were so kind to me back when I traced like a thief, and even managed to make a living out of it.Β
IT WAS NOT COOL. It was terrifyingly easy. Nobody but Erica ever explained. Well, her and perhaps a community of women. But then there were.... well... also men. and I distinctly remember one asshole who declared "I wish GOOFY RAPED YOU"
That offended me.
I dislike this.
But form your own opinions about Miss Bubbles, don't you just go around telling me she's "evil" and "uncouth"

Yes, this is INDEED me. Madam-Marla = my new account. Don't be mean to her, or I.

The truth of the matter is, that although I had an army defending me, I was still a wee bit touched (as in hurt) by the violent words I heard.
But it was ok ) The story had a happy sort-of ending.

Your page here will be hopefully very helpful for others, who also are in the position you were before. It will maybe make it easier for them to tell the truth and be true to themselves. Because: That is the hardest part I guess.
I think it is great what you have done here.

I saw on :loish: 's page that she did a modification of a Mermaid picture you did - do you still have the original in a lineart?
π: 0 β©: 1
Disney-bubbles In reply to dark-pantherian [2014-10-03 06:57:16 +0000 UTC]
I don't have the original lineart on this computer.
But I can show you how to trace back to it if you feel the need.

I won't "keep em coming". Only using the account to make a few educational points about tracing, copying and the like

Hey, I've never really seen much of your art or maybe I have and I don't remember. Sure what you did was dishonest, but it's never too late to try again WITHOUT tracing and develop your own style. Because drawing is so much fun when you start to learn to do it on your own and I think you should give it a shot since you've already caught so many people's attention and you obviously like holding a pencil/pen.
Think about it.

I'm sorry for the bad language. But you're the one that said "Thanks for stereotyping."
You were asking for an "you're welcome."

π: 0 β©: 1
Disney-bubbles In reply to CARTOON-x-HERO [2010-11-05 11:31:52 +0000 UTC]
lol, I never was mad But you started it confrontationally
Here's the trick. Respect me for admitting I was wrong. That's all I ask. Not cuddles and silly things like that, just respect. You can't ever fully trust me again.
But anyway. From now on, since I'm older, I'll try to explain the consequences of "tracing" even better. You can practice techniques while tracing. But believe, it's best when you practice on your own sketches or photographs.
Btw, Squidward? What?? hahahaha what's that?
π: 0 β©: 1
CARTOON-x-HERO In reply to Disney-bubbles [2010-11-06 01:12:37 +0000 UTC]
I understand.
In that case, I was being confrontational to the old you. I am glad you have grown up since then. (though you did tell me "Fuck you." But I can let that slide.)
And isn't he just handsome? 8D
