This year some laws changed about lion parts. They were extremely easy to get and now they're all gone ;/ you'd probably have to find one in your state

Not everyone who does tattooing out of their home are shady.  Heehee.

That's about four hours from where I am in NH and that's not bad at all.  I would drive that and stay in a hotel to get a sweet ass tattoo.  Do you have a shop you work in, or is it out of home? 

It would need to be a cover up, I don't know if you've done that before, but I'd also be looking for something very abstract, and colorful so there will be plenty of wiggle room.
