Basically you would tell me what you'd like me to draw (in this case, blue- and red- eyes next to each other) and if there's any specific deadline you'd like it for (in case it's someone's birthday present, etc). I'd then give you a basic price estimate that would be negotiable, and proceed to do your drawing. Fixed price is not definite until the drawing is finished and you've seen it and are happy with it. You'd let me know your email address and postal address so I can send you an invoice via paypal, then mail you the original artwork once it's been paid.
If you have any worries about me not being legitimate, I'm happy to make you a youtube video of myself with some of my other drawings, demonstrating that they are mine, and I can even get other people who've commissioned me to speak on behalf of my good service if you're still unsure.

Oh okay. It'd be after Christmas because all my extra cash is going towards that right now. And school. Once Christmas is done and school is paid for I will have more breathing room. Never used paypal before. Just use my debit card to make online purchases. (Like an awesome mullet magnet set I got my husband for Christmas. He's going to love it.)
