# About me

I am a graduate of the University of Birmingham having studied Ancient History and Achaeology, and I am about to start my MA in Film & Television: Research & Production. I love doodling, and do so often whenever my mind starts to wander and my hands get bored with a pen and paper within reach. I have a particularly large collection of doodles in my homework diaries and notepads that I've accumulated over years of bored lunch breaks and distracted classes, most of which I am rather proud of. I have also dabbled in a variety of other media including but not limited to paint, digital art, photography, sculpture and costume making.

Just went to Cologne for the weekend to go round the Christmas markets, I'm seeing Tim Minchin tomorrow, and this weekend I've got Butty and Gemma coming round to see Rock With Laughter, which this year includes Ed Byrne, Rolf Harris and Slade :D (Big Grin) So a busy couple of weeks! Plus I've just started a new job as a complaints handler for Lloyds TSB, which is going quite well so far. How are you? Looking forward to Christmas?

It's good to hear that you are doing well for yourself! You are very brave to work as a complaints handler. I hope the customers aren't causing you too much trouble! As for myself, I'm good at the moment. I'm starting a company which is all very exciting at the moment. We're aiming to do all sorts of multimedia things with the ultimate aim of creating a feature film. My partner has been in the industry for over 20 years now and knows what he's doing. Which is always a bonus. Finally, yes, I'm really looking forward to christmas! Christmas is normally quite good. How about you?

Yes, I am also very much looking forward to Christmas - I'm having to work tomorrow but my dad's coming to pick me up when I finish, and I found out yesterday that I don't have to be in again after that til 4th of January, which is nice too :D (Big Grin) That sounds like a fun job to have, and I know you're gonna do well with it! Best of luck with that - if there's anything I can do to help you get going, just say the word :) (Smile) Yeah the customers aren't causing too much trouble so far, although some of them are really quite thick and complain about the pettiest things! They're normally quite amiable when we speak to them though, which always helps.

You're welcome! Uni's great thanks - I just got feedback on my dissertation and my supervisor says it's one of the best he's looked at this year, has the best structure and presentation he's seen for a long time, and he's giving me a first for it, which may be bumped down a bit by the second marker but it's still a massive confidence boost, so I'm in a very good mood at the moment! Dance! - :dance:

It's nice to hear everythings going alright for you. Good work on the dissertation! Animation is going great at the moment, in my latest assessment I got a 2-1, which I'm very pleased with considering I don't have a clue what I'm doing! But seriously, if I stick to my plan, I should have a completed three minute film by the end of the year... Hopefully. Anyway, good luck with your work and I hope your good mood continues!
