(He listened to the words of that being warily, his first impression, again, being about how presumptuous that character were, but, he would never underestimate someone of such unknown origins, less with such strong aura emanating from his form, despite all that bragging. From all the times he was interrupted in the middle of his own akuma business, this was the first time he would need to be enough cautious to prevent any unexpected drastic denouement. Also because he wanted to keep himself away from wrecking the city without a good reason - all his potential customers were living there after all.)

I don't know if to feel honored to have been "pin-pointed" from all over the rest as the individual with the most "mana" or to feel somehow "threatened" due to have caught unexpectingly your attention, even to the point of making you to "poof" before me, and then asking me if I were the "Overlord" of this world ♥
-he tried to sound casual but still keeping the manners, stifling a snigger while his glance turned to a little more evil feature-
Well, if I really were the Overlord, I could say "yes", but I'm still a bit far from ruling over all this world, as there are more important plans which needs to come into motion before proclaiming myself the sovereign of this land ♥
-gestured with his free hand as to try to take importance from that topic-
But those are not relevant. This world as it is isn't worth of being ruled and needs of some "transformation" before it could be used as a seat of power, but... Now, I'm afraid to ask if you are here either to take this filthy world for your own or to see if I'm a threat for your mighty self ♥
-he opened slightly his arms to the sides, like meaning no harm, resuming his slick talk-
As you can see, I am not interested into trying something against you and your "supreme" power, unless I am threatened first of course, therefore, I'll try to defend myself. Since you came all this far, why we can't stop to talk for a while about interesting terms? Perhaps I can help you in something you may require and that I might be able to offer? This world is full of resources ~ ♥
(Although empathizing with outterly beings wasn't on his agenda, he thought that indeed that bothersome meeting could be channeled into some productive outcome if that demon understood his good will and well concealed interest.)

Zetta paused for a moment, listening intently to the Duke, somehow. Even without ears, he perfectly heard what he was saying the whole time and nodded slightly. "I don't need a world like this. Too many crappy humans... feh, humans. I swear, hundreds of them line up, calling themselves "Super Heroes" or "Defenders of Earth" to try and defeat villains, but they're all weak! I agree with you needing to change it..."
As he spoke, Zetta reminded himself of the once human world called Veldime, where the supposed God of all Overlords, Lord Zenon, took over and spread a curse, causing all humans to turn into demons and create a Netherworld out of the once human world. He growled at this thought, as he still hasn't found this elusive Overlord and still hasn't kicked his... or her ass.
"I won't fight you. It's admirable for a demon to become an Overlord, especially in a world like this. I'd hate to eliminate an up an coming Overlord too, 'cause you aren't officially an Overlord yet, but when that time comes..." Zetta grinned evilly at this, his white eyes gleaming. The gleaming soon halted in it's progress, however, as he suddenly seemed to think deeply at something. "... you think you can help me in some way? Hmph... well since you're offering, I don't suppose you're good at finding things?"
(You still can, y'know? They're simply rare, but they're still being sold. And the makai is rather interesting, to me. I'm more of a fan of the games than it itself,

((OOC: OMG, I also turn humans into "demons" xD I should meet with that Zenon guy as well sometime. Anyway, when I can't fetch a game IRL, there're always the emulators and ROMs for computer 
(The corners of his mouth rose a little, as the only faintly clue that he was smirking at something. Although he would never tolerate to be underestimated or belittled, it fitted himself to make Zetta to believe that this Duke would not oppose a great challenge against his "overlordy" might. Granted, in this former form he could obliterate the entire city with the sole rise of one finger and without losing the hat in the process, but that wasn't a competition of power. In fact, he noticed to have sprung in Zetta some interest towards his offering, and that was a more clever way to proceed in order to discerne the real origins of Zetta and his true purposes. He still was an interesting finding and such coincidences were rare.)
That's an encommiable and honorable thought, Lord Zetta ♥
-he snigger'd discreetly at the remark of Zetta, seeing the gleam of the white eyes of him as a signal that perhaps the future rulership over this world will not be too monotonous in the end with that Overlord around-
Indeed, when that time comes, perhaps I would be more "ready" for you. I'll be more than up for a splendid duel whenever I finish my own ascension ♥
-he let'd go of his umbrella-cane and the golem arched and flown up at the level of the hat of his master, addressing a glance of interest with his hollow pumpkin eyes towards the other individual; the golem muffled a giggle and just hovered silently next to the top-hat, which was trimmed fashionably with clocks and thin chains-
Well, I'm finely knowledgeable about all this world we stand on, and none of its secrets is a mystery to me ~ Also, I have hold of an uncountable myriad of "finders", able to scour even the furthest recesses of this and other worlds at my seer whim. How about it? ♥
(Now that he had his hands free, he joined his mitten'd palms in an obliging cooperative gesture. There were still plenty of time for him at his disposal, and Zetta's remarks about the humans filled him with a secretly glee.)
