Oh right! Um... well you're from the US so we have different shops, but it was just high street stuff. Green jeans are really easy to get a hold of, I found some in an alternative-styled store. I bought a white cotton coat and dyed orange before sewing on green fabric. I bought a black ushanka hat and used it as a base to sew more green fabric onto.

I hope that helps! It involved a lot of editing normal clothes, but South Park has grown as a fandom so maybe now there'll be somewhere you can buy it online or have it commissioned if that's more your thing... wouldn't know where to look for that, though!

I didn't make it from scratch, I can't sew. I bought green jeans, which weren't difficult to find at all, bought a cheap white coat because I couldn't find an orange one (I can't remember the material but make sure you buy one that will dye if you need to), bought the dye, sewed green fabric around the collar, and for the hat I bought a black ushanka and my fabulous mother sewed the green fabric around it, which I don't recommend because it was very time consuming and fiddly!
