Ahh, well, I've actually got several done/WIP, but one I'm not allowed to post due to character theft concerns, and the other two I need permission first since I drew from stock images. Sweating a little... It's a shame really, I wish I could share them!

My work's all in mechanical as well, so much easier to not sharpen. Charcoal is a bi-atch though for me being a lefty....smudge it everywhere. Sweating a little... Well, lovely to meet you!

Oh? Any particular suggestions? I live down the road from several very fine art shops, maybe I could find something. I definately need better paper - I still use Zerox photocopier stuff sad to say. Wink/Razz

I use arches Hot pressed 140lb natural white and for the charcoal, Ritmo. I am told you can buy it at a blick retail store (not online). I got my charcoal as a gift and the purchaser bought it from there. The charcoals differ in handle and look from one another. The graphite doesn't vary too much though. The charcoal is burnt at different temperatures so that is why the are a bit different. And I use a blending stump and not a tortillion. The stump is made from Taiwan, not China. There is a 180 degree difference in the feel of the two kinds. Not too many people have experimented with it, but Taiwan hands down!

O_o O_o O_o O_o O_o ?? I didn't get rid of any pictures...they're all still up there! (But I did panic for a sec and checked...Yumi is there too.) DA prob maybe??

As for the pic - gomen! ^^ I've been in a many month process of moving cities, so I'm kinda all over the place. It was tre cool to see it coloured, but I think I'm still a B&W girl at heart! But thank you so much for taking such an interest in her. Hug Hug Hug Hug Hug
