lol thats what art classes are for, they teach you to continue to work on your art even when your burnt out on it. its a plot to help you work through being burnt out. i just switch to writing instead of drawing when i get like that.

its only completely submerged every 100 yrs, the rest of the time its just half the island under water. theres always parts getting redone or pushed over for something new, all the houses r on stilts. its a cool place to visit, there's new things every time plus each time you get to see how high the water was for the last storm.

It's a pretty cheap trip when you live in texas (well some parts), anywhere else in the country and it becomes a bit of a hassle. On second thought, with gas prices like they are any road trip would break the bank.

...have i heard of San Diego comic con? in one word; yes. in more words; omg yes!!! it's actually the convention im saving up to go to, im not even going to my usual cons because i want money for souvenirs. I read all about it while its going on from ppl i know who got to go each year. i nearly hyperventilate when I think/talk about it. it's kinda a big deal to me

yeah you got a point. these gas prices are killing me, even though my car has really good gas mileage lol.

lol nice, and yeah comic con is pretty awesome. iv'e never been, but most of my friends have. they tell me they get a bunch of free stuff, and this big bag to put it all in i was going to go this year but my money had to go somewhere else because of car problems... so now i ain't going cuz i'm broke. i'm going next year though, or maybe, not sure if i'll be in the military or not next year.

I've only been to a few cons, and all of them rly small in comparison to comic con, but it looks so exciting.
im an air force brat, so im biased. Although most of my friends are marines, so im kinda split there. Either way i hope you enjoy it. It takes a specific kind of person to really get the most out of each branch.
