# About me
Violyne Lives and works on Joliette, Quebec, Canada. She ends a media and visual art diploma of the University of Quebec in Montreal. She carries an interest marked for the cultural mediation and made of the access for the art and its diffusion her personal mission.She is interested in the construction of the identity by means of the sexuality. Therefore, she pays a particular attention on the sphere of intimacy. By the collection of testimonies, confidences, she articulates her creations on questions of genres, perplexed sexualities, paraphilies and pornographies. The body and its sexuality are explored there, but it’s especially the influence of the culture of rape, the hypersexualism, and the masses media on these bodies which feed her researches.
