i know the sindarin tengwar, it was a compulsory study if i wanted to learn the language, so i took that on, and now i'm studying 6 out of the 13 forms of elvish. (mind, you, i am cheating a little bit, and 4 of them have very few words...)

your name kind struck me as funny... literal translation: eru- "god" lasto- "silence"

i don't actually know if they do produce any books.... all i can recommend is the back index in the Return of the king that gives you all the elven letters and such, and theres a book "the road goes ever on" (you'll want the Christopher Tolkien edition) with extensive linguistic notes.

and i'll let you know when i have my forums up and running... they'll be a greater help and a hell of a lot easier to find.

i only know 6 - Quenyan, Sindarin and Old Sindarin are my main study loads, Telerin is for a special project, Avarin and Doriathrin are the simple ones (Avarin has 6 words, and Doriathrin has 80)

here are all the types of Elvish:

Primitive Elvish, Ilkorin, Old Sindarin, Quenyan, Telerin, Noldorin, Avarin, Valarin, Nandorin, and Doriathrin

ooops, thats ten... well, at least we know the number.

and yes, i have books... lots of them, i also have a forum that has all the info i need.
