My parents had this painting of a family looking at a windmill and I really connected with it since I was a child.
I really liked how the sails looked like chopped pickles. x3 I loved this painting.
It was like in the center of the room, where everyone sat on a couch. (Now it has been moved, but still hangs proudly)
Also, the best game to play when we were going on vacations, was to count the "modern" windmills. They are really pretty.
I know now that there are downsides to them, but when you look at them from far away they are powerful and beautiful.

I mean... It is sad to see old buildings, that lost their original purpose. Destroyed, being threatened with demolition...
I'm glad your people saved that one. It may look different from the old times, but it is still beautiful.
