A ver... se usan templates. Por ejemplo, mi template lo hice yo, y la ropa la hizo otra persona. Te recomiendo que vayas a www.microheroes.virtuaboard.com, ahi te registras, posteas una introduccion, y en la seccion de templates ahi muchas bases para empezar.
