I am having a wonderful summer. I had a great birthday! I made a cake, which for an artist like me, was an exciting experience! It was something special... and I got money to buy nice things with, so that's always good.

Yeah it helps when you have someone who knows what they are talking about help you. LOL! How's everything going? Are you going to enter the Chatauqua Art Show this year? I am going to enter three watercolors and see what happens. Which ones do you think I should enter?

I am! I need to get my application form filled out. I'll probably enter one of my paintings and two drawings. That or two paintings and one drawing, haha. I really like "New Generation" and "Aftermath" Those are my favorite two. I like "Reminisce: Iraq and Me" also.

Whatever three you pick will be great! They're all so amazing.

Thank you. I am afraid that New Generation might be a little progressive for them so I am thinking: Joe, Thoughts and a Water Buffalo or some kind of animal painting but I may change my mind from time to time. We'll see haha!

Sorry it took so long to respond! I wanted to get the pieces I was entering put up in my DA gallery and well... I'm a terrible procrastinator.

Awesome! We'll be leaving Christiansburg about 4:20pm and so we should be there around 5ish or so. What time you heading up? I'm entering "Thoughts", "Joe" and "Texture Study" all three of those are in my dA gallery tell me what you think.

I hope I win something this year. I'd be upset if I didn't I have seen the watercolor category before and I'm certain I can get something
