TERRIBLE casting.
But I expected it to be WAY worse than it was--they actually kept it decently close to the plot line--no crazy twists and turns that weren't anywhere close...however, they screwed up the meadow/clearing scene/chapter....

Bella seemed really...depressed, the whole time, and Edward was trying his hardest to hide his accent, making him talk very slow...

but other than that...you have to see it.

I don't want big muscles D:
I want guys with big muscles to help me. I don't wanna be a macho maaaan.
ahaha
Ohmigosh.

I met a guy at work, talked all throughout my lunch to him, we had such a good laugh. And I forgot to ask him the most important question : Whats his name (next to is he single?) haaha.

And he was at work today, and I past him on my way to lunch and he saw me (He had a Hancock hat on, HOW COOL IS THAT?! And he looked mega freaking yummy. !)

Yeah, went past him and I smiled, and he smiled...and WINKED! Like "hey" ~.o and I was like.... o.o ......*swoooon* hahaha

And as soon as I was round the corner, I was all cheshire cat grin and happy. Saw him again when we were closing the shop down and I was carrying this big ass JCB toy truck, and he walked passed, another smile, another wink, and a "You alrite with that?"
My brain malfunctioned and I just smiled and carried on walking with a nod.
Gah! Why didn't I play the damsel in distress???
WHY BOOKWYRM...(whats yer name, feels weird callin yeh that haha)
But yeah.

And, some guy took a pic of me serving a customer, he just whacked his phone out and SNAP. pic taken. I was like...s'cuse me, delete that.
Cheeky grin and out he ran. I was like O.O HOW RUDE! hahaha

Anyways, my legs are killing and I have some politics work to do...ttyl m'dears ^^ xxx

^.^ That's pretty cool...
The Puja at my end kinda drives me crazy because she has a sub conscience block against anything Christian, but will celebrate Christmas with us because she gets presents...

But other than that, we all love her dearly.

I usually smell like... well, I'm not sure. I've been told I smell good, but I don't usually wear any perfumes...
Except if I have anything Vanilla. maybe that's what I smell like...

I love christmas. Though its been majorly commercialized nowadays haha.
I respect other peoples cultures and all that, but don't expect me to agree with it lol.
Vanilla is a lovelly smell !
I got a new keyboard and mouse todayy! So I'm typing as much as I can cause its so amazing and awesome I just wanna carry on typing and never stop...that is until my fingers go numb or something pathetic like that hahah.

Yah so, where you from? I'm from England ^^

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

bookwyrm235 In reply to FoolishLamb [2008-12-03 22:49:49 +0000 UTC]

Hahaa...I was like that when I changed to a wireless keyboard. I didn't even have to be looking the right way and it would type!! ..yeah.

Christmas is over commercialized, especially over here. something like 98% of all Americans celebrate Christmas, but I can guarantee that there aren't that many Christians. I love the idea of Christmas, the love, and, of course the religious stuff... but I don't like to walk into the store on November 1st and see all that Christmas stuff! Its so annoying to see all this advertising for an event that lasts 1 day. IT becomes a contest around here--who has the best lights, who gets the most expensive gift... its all just a huge waste of money. I love Christmas eve more than the Day-- we bake these meat-pie things that have a French name I can't spell, watch A Christmas Carol and Its a Wonderful Life, then go to bed so full we can't feel our toes. Its wonderful family time...

I'm From Canada originally, but we moved to the US 8 years ago. Dad's job and all that.

I'd love to go to England one day...we have family there. Even a college. Small, but its there. Some Great-great-great-great-great-great uncle or something set it up...I should ask my grandmother one of these days...

FoolishLamb In reply to bookwyrm235 [2008-12-04 19:26:31 +0000 UTC]

Ah coolness. A college! Fancy that!
I was born in Paris and my dad used to own a restaurent not too far from the Eiffel tower. It was good times, I miss them so sad, those times. Moved to India when I was 5 and cam eto England when I was 7, been here ever since.

Yeah, where I work, its like 20% off all xmas items and I'm there like with a santa hat on and pink tinsel around my neck (COLOUR CLASH...but thats beside the point) looking all festive when my legs are turning to lead and arms are spongecakes and my brain has decided to go on stand by mode. I'm there like hiiii, how are you today? buying christmas presents, LOVELY, I hope you ave a great day, come by again sometime, byee now and as soon as they leave its like... hahaha.

Christmas in my house is like....decorating the house, watching a good bollywood movie, eating a heavy feast fit for 3 kings and then go to bed.

I think I'm working christmas eve and boxing day this year though

guh..
lool

But yeah. Gotta get on with this coursework. I wanna get 1/4 of it done tonight. Do the experiment by tuesday nexxt week then the analysis and evaluation by friday. Get it checked in two weeks time, modify mistakes and boost marks. And I'm done!

Aaawh feels good to plan stuff out. Makes me feel better knowing I have to strive to those objectives :3

Wow, you are like... All the places I want to go rolled into one, nice to talk to package.

I might be going to India after grade 12, for a few weeks...not sure, though. It was just a cool idea that we all threw around.

Ah, boxing Day...something I miss. We don't have it in America, so Mom works through it, too.
But you get to serve all the people returning the gifts that went over like lead balloons! Aren't they just going to be happy and cheerful...
I wish you much luck.

Planning does help things out... But right now, I can't plan anything because no one will tell me anything... T.T I'll survive.

FoolishLamb In reply to bookwyrm235 [2008-12-05 19:22:36 +0000 UTC]

Yaaaaay I'm going to India next year for a month in the summer. Lord help come back unroasted! lol

Boxing day seems a bit pointless to me. Just another excuse to have a partay hahah.

And yeah all them people returning gifts like big toy cars or wooly jumpers hahaha.

I'm helping my mum and her freidn with a dance choreography so i'm being a little busy. Not just that, I'm having like 6 exams in jan so I have to steer clear from the bazillion 18th bday parties coming up.

Aaaah my friend Fraser passed his driving test today! He can legally drive now :]
It does worry me a little, like, Fraser....let loose on the roads. That is a scary concept haha.

Hes so cool aswell though, hes lived in Ghana for like 8 years. All the "plastic" girls completely want him! Last year in the common room, they'd be like "Fraaaaaaser come sit with us".
And I shit you not, he'd sit there with his back to them continuing his conversation with me. Such a good friend! :3

But yeah, got to see his car today and we sat in the car for half an hour cause it was typical british rain and it was a 5 minute walk back to the common room so we decided to be lazy haha.
But yaah. I should have my driving test sometime in the spring. I was to have passed before the summer so I can get used to driving by the summer holidaaays

bookwyrm235 In reply to FoolishLamb [2008-12-06 23:55:36 +0000 UTC]

That is pretty awesome.

The Puja at my end went to India a few summers ago, and sweated away 15 pounds in 2 weeks--and she only ate junk food! We all decided that India was the place for crash diets.

Driving age over here is 16, but at the rate I'm going...I won't get my license until I'm twenty, hahaa... But a lot of my friends have their license. I went to McDonalds with my best friend's boyfriend yesterday, and it was so cold...he didn't want to waste gas on the heating. >.< But we had fun...

Ah, true friends. That's really cool that he does that. I really value my friends, but I always feel like I am trying to entertain too many people at once. Like I can't talk to my true friends because I'm busy entertaining the less mature people so they stay out of trouble.

It only rains her a lot in the summer, for about a week, then we go for around a month without it, then rain again...
so everything died of thirst, and then... floods.
I wish it was continuous....

FoolishLamb In reply to bookwyrm235 [2008-12-08 17:11:02 +0000 UTC]

All my friends are like...boyfriends or girlfriends of someone whos a friend of mine. Does that make sense?

Hahah, but yees, English rain is like...all year round unpredictableness lol. I'm going Houses of Parliament in London tomorrow with my politics class. Going to go tell Gordon babes to sort out the economy and stuff yeah. Thats how we roll hahaha

Yeah, well, I have true friends, and then I have people who I can have random convos with, and then people who I can just approach and talk to. Like.. my friends call me a floater haha. Cause I just kinda go from group to group. Though I know who my real friends are.

Recently one of my best friends has changed so much its unbelievable, I sent her a long text message to et it out my system and the next day we talked and she said she knew she was changing and that she would do something to stop us drifting apart, but at the rate shes going, shes just distancing herself from me. And, when a friendship starts hurting me, I turn sour towards the person causing me that pain. So, I've been not so nice at all. And I've told her I don't why I'm friends with her anymore which I think was a wake up call for her. Meeeh look at me, unloading my shait unto thou. I'll take it all back *gobblegobblegobble* hahah

Maaan, gotta get ready for tomorrow, got to up at 5am and leave home at 7 to get to school in time to go to London by 7.15am. I'm going to dieee! haha

bookwyrm235 In reply to FoolishLamb [2008-12-08 22:06:58 +0000 UTC]

Yes, the friends of girlfriend/boyfriend thing makes sense... if you don't think about it too much. ^_^

That's so cool that you get to go there... grade 12 over here, we can take a trip to the White House (that's the same idea, pretty much) and stay in D.C. for...5 days? I'm looking forward to it next year. I've been to the Parliment Buildings back in Canada when I was little--I think it was my aunt's (Dad's brother's wife) Uncle was a Senator, so we got to eat for free and stuff. It was pretty cool-- I just remember the carrot cake, hahaa...

I hate loosing friends, especially when its not your fault. I'm watching all my friends grow older... as nostalgic as that sounds, its really amazing how much we've matured in like...6 months. But inevitably, we've also been growing apart, in places... I miss a lot of people. but, alas, it is the way of the world...it sides towards chaos. Its an excepted chemical theory. Don't try to use it as an excuse not to clean your room.

I wish you the best of times on your trip and hope that you return safe. ^_^

Yeaaahm,= got back saaafe, It was really cold. I saw David Miliband and David Dabies and Jack Straw and loooads of big Govt names. I wa slike hahaha

Anywayss, its was a brillitant day.

And yeah, growing apart seems to be the only way forward for me and one of my best friends, my mum was like:

Mum: Puj, are you okay?
Me: yeh why?
Mum: Looks like your about to lose a friend
Me: wtf? >.>..........<.<.....o.o
Mum: *sigh* You'll be fine right?
Me: uh.. o.O ..yeah...*freaky pchychological mom*

hahah
She knows me well. Shes like some sort of freaky clairvoyant and can see whats about to hit before its even got here. So yeah. Lol,

5 days in Washington, lucky bitch, is all I can say!
I wish I could! But I love the houses of parliament, they are so beautiful from the inside its like... WOWOWOWOWOWOWOOWOWOWWOOWWO*faint* *wake up* O.O WOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWO *die*

I"m glad you are safe!

Moms can do that. Its kinda creepy. I don't think mum's done that recently to me, though...not in about a year, as far as I can really remember (that's not saying much, hahaa)

The Washington trip will be fun, but the Band trips are always better. Last year we went to Chicago for 4-5 days (I don't remember which) and we had soooo much fun. We went to all these different places, saw some really good bands and choruses... Ate a lot of good food. And it was all with my closest friends, so...

I myself would LOVE to go to London: I'd act like such a tourist, though. I'd probably spend more like looking at the camera than actually seeing things...

But yaah, mu friends were pretending to be germans and when we walked past a certain area where the germans had bombed the houses of parliament, Sean chirped up in a german accent and said "Oh YYes, These bombings wer sum off our best ones" and this lady walked passed : hahah

Ah... I had a German teacher. snuck out of East Germany with his family when he was a kid. Moved here...god only knows when. Brilliant guys-- knows like 5 languages. But he's like...6'7 or something, he's so TALL, and he's got very bushy eyebrows. He's kinda scary, but deep down under the creepy German-ness and ass of a teacher-ness, he's a great guy.

STOP!!!
Congratulations!!! Your wish will
Now come true in your age minutes.

Now follow this carefully....it
Can be very rewarding!!!!

If you send this to 10 more
People, other than the 5 that you
Already have to send to, something
Major that you've been wanting
Will happen

(Its only been 3 minutes for me. I thought it was hilarious--like a Monkey's Paw kind of thing.)
