Um... Yes. What kind of commission are you looking for? I do charge for my commissions.

$5 for Lineart
$10 for Base Colors
$15 for Basic Shading and Background
$20 for Detailed Background and Shading.

I'm not entirely sure yet how much extra I would like to charge people for an extra character involved in the drawing; it might be anywhere from $3-5.

Okay. Well, depending on the commission you want, it might take me that long to actually finish it. Unless you are just looking for line art or base coloring, which should take me about a week.

So if you want the commission, I don't mind starting on it now, while we wait for you to accumulate the currency needed to afford the commission.
