I've been using for the black parts 9B. To get a pure black color is necessary to impose multiple layers of shading. For shiny hair, I use a white gel pen, or just leave a little part of white and it rubbed to a smooth transition.

how can i get my darks really clean black dark? i use a 7B pencil, but it still comes out with lighter bumps. and also do you have any tips for putting shine in hair?
