# About me
having such the time playing with all our fellow deviants here! thank you each for your support!way back in 1999, some friends who were interested in making a stir got together and created fyrefae. since then we've been many many things and had many many faces, including fetish performance art, sex education and outreach, crafters and artists, burlesque shows, photography and modelling, fundraisers, underground entertainment, travelling circus sideshow, and general source of chaos and mayhem.
today we're a little of all those things and yet more. fronted by the devious twin minds of karina and aleksei and featuring an ever-changing cast of dynamic characters, fyrefae is whatever we are currently fascinated with and delighted by doing. what we're getting up to right now:
-BURLESQUE. lots of shimmies and twirls and teasing.
-taking lots of photos all the damn time.
-vending cthulu kitchens, karina's cottage industry.
-acting, assistant directing, collaborating, troublemaking.
-travelling around missouri as silver salvaging gypsies.
-planning one hell of a wedding for this NYE.
