I will probably mark it as spam, sorry thank you. --- I just like keeping it uncluttered and I don't want to hide the comment so that no one can look at it, But when it's marked as spam you can still look at it
(also I have a question I have posted this little notice like 3 times but how do I make it appear at the top of the comments I tried to feature it but it still ends up going down, Are these little notices at the top of the comment box for you guys?)

Hello,

I just thought I'd answer the question you have here (Unless someone already has, apologies if so!) but currently there is no way to actually sticky your comments to appear at the top always. Right now it's at the top yes because no one has commented in a new comment. But if they do this comment will move down. Sadly the only way to keep a comment at the top is to repost it when it gets hidden beneath other comments. Or, you can add a custom box (I believe non-core members can use plain ones!) under "Edit Page" which you can find in the top right hand corner of your page here, select custom box drag it right above the comment section here and put your notice there!

Sadly, as you can probably tell by many who have notices it doesn't always stop the well-intended thank you's from others but it can slow down on the bulk of them at least!
