I dig the mix of organic and the tubey mechanic parts. It looks kinda steampunk. Its head and "arm", or maybe tail, both being a boxcutter i think is cool. maybe it has two heads then.. 
2nd place (Get a custom acrylic painting)

I love how surrealistic the design is. Its colors and shadings are very nice and vibrant. The robotic vs the soft organic parts make a nice contrast. I think those yellow little dots are eyes, or maybe they are some other alien kind of sensory organ..
