Hi Andy. I was at my granny's home and the apartment did shake a lot for two times. Somethings dell down from the shelves, but nothing more. My ho me town is fortunately far from the place the devastation took place. It's a bad, sad moment for Italy once again, as it was for the town of Aquila some years ago.

glad you are OK . I checked the deviants on line icon on the top right and found you were on deviant so I knew you were ok when I didn't get a response after a couple days .

now the things are going better. I had to make surgery this summer and it wasn't that nice. I also passed these last two years in a real state of depression. aaaargh!

Sorry you had to go for surgery , hope you are well . I know what you mean about depression . I've been trying to live with it for 20 or more years . It's all I know . Still going to therapist and psychiatrist .

I'm not so fine, it's like the surgery had me getting worst :-/ I hope the therapy I'm following is helping me getting better!

please keep doing what makes you feel good which is art and photography . Sometimes doing the things you love is hard to do . I know . I have to force myself to do things , and it helps to keep your mind off the negative 
I go to the beach a lot and sometimes make rock stacks , that helps me for a while . Some people take pictures of them . I try to do them when no one is around to see me because if someone sees me I get anxious . The wind and the waves knock them over or little kids so they never last but a couple hours. The beach is a very  spiritual place for me . My mom used to love to go to this beach also . I know my dad liked to go there too but he passed away very young . . My mom love's , or loved ? lady bugs , so here is one for you

oh, don't worry! I have a lot  of things to do and I feel more better, now. I take care of two new kittens, I sing in a choir which is absolutely amazing, I'm writing a book about psychanalysis and the interpretation of fables, legends, folktales and dreams based on my M.A. thesis work, I take care of my 88 years old granny, I often go visit my parents who live in the country and there I make some gardening, plays with my dog Holly and my six cats and go walk in the woods, I go to concerts with friends in other cities like Rome, Bologna, Prato, Florence ecc.
I haven't found any job by now, I only worked for a few months as a gardener (and I loved it!!!), but I had to stop due to my health conditions.
Now I'm trying to feel better, my MD gave me a new therapy and a new diet to see if my belly will stop hurting like hell. 
I have some friends, a family who loves me a lot, a sister which I miss a lot 'cause she's living in Glasgow now. It's a nice life. Depression always tried to tool its claws on my life, but I always win. And I WILL ALWAYS win.

Try to do the same, make your best, take a look at the sky and breathe deeply. Everything will be easier.
A walk by the sea is always fantastic, I know. I love it too.

you are lucky you have a lot of people around for you . I will pray for you and hope you get much better soon . I have a small garden and I love it also . But it's getting to cold now .  God Bless you ....
