Fractals are pasterns that repeat itself (or have details) in smaller and smaller scales. Almost all patterns in nature are attempts to fractals. See the three illustrations Barnsley Fern , Romanesco Brassica , and Von Koch Curve Wow! Wow! Wow! Wow! Wow! Wow! Wow! I'll put some recycled info in a note for you. Hope you don't mind ;) (Wink)
