Hi, I'm Nikki. I'm 16 years old and I will be 17 in November. I'm a Junior at Tottenville High School and an Ex-Art Major at LaGuardia. I think I'm meant to be a Junior in College by now. I'm done with this high school bull shit. I am aspiring photographer and I am greatly interested in art. Although I wish to pursue photography as a full time job, I recognize that my chances are slim, my fall back is to become an English Teacher. I dance... A LOT, it's not something I wish to pursue in anyway but it is something that I wish to continue throughout my life. There really isn't much else to it, the rest is for you to find out.Talk to me about interesting things that try my mind.

The art program at LaGaurdia I would say, I roughly... amazing ;]
I transferred out of LaGaurdia halfway through my freshman year because I didn't think it was truly for me.
Everyone was telling me that I should stay and blah blah blah.
I was SO unhappy at my new highschool that I begged and pleaded to be allowed back in and I am way more than grateful for my amazing guidance counselor.
He really is incredible.
There is such a wide variety of people and artists and interests within the school that it is hard to resist each class they have to offer you.
I'm only a sophomore at the moment so I have yet to be able to choose my electives but the required classes, thus far, with the exception of art intro (v____v) are awesome!

Haha its cool, Glad to hear you're having a good time at the school & that you got back in! Thats a good attitude you have towards your classes, It sounds like you truly have a passion for learning. Keep it up, Thinking like that I know you'll get anywhere you want to be.
What do you have planned for after high school? I've heard a bunch of good things about Parsons. A few of my friends in the art house went there after we were done with high school. That's where I would have tried to go had I not moved to Florida

But I think I'm going to stay in New York to finish off highschool then go to The Art Institute in Fort Lauderdale because My mom is moving down there and I realllyyy hate NYC,
It gets so boring after a while, you knoww.
I'm defiantly leaving new york and I want to major in photography and minor in fashion design or merchandising.
