told me about your trouble, and though you don't know me, I want to say i am sorry and hope that your grandmother will get better. I was in that same situation a few years ago with my own grandmother, only she had heart disease. Though she's not alive anymore, she passed peacefully and is in a much better place now.
But if you need to talk to someone (even while I am a stranger), I'm here for you.

I was... for some strange reason... at Marion's establishment and of course at first I was like "Okay, where the heck am I?" Then I see a smoking trannie and BOOM! I recognized him right on the spot and I was like "Holy crap, it's Marion, it's Marion, but I can't just jump at him and hug the krazzles outta his very being because that wouldn't be cool!" So then I introduced myself instead and he avoided eye contact but still said hey. I was lovestruck. Then I look over the bar table and I see Mr. Happy face-down on the floor surrounded by a huge puddle of water and I ask what's up and Marion just says "He's a whiner, let the baby cry. 
I'm like "Okaaay..."
And then some ghost... demon... bikers or whatever (they were bad news, that's for sure) break into the bar and threaten to take over the place and all the alcohol its got but, before I could run for the hills, Marion whips out an entire arsenal and starts to shoot up the place like a madman. HOLY CRAP, DUDE, I THOUGHT HE WAS INSANE.
