Summary translates to Touma, Accelerator, and Shiage have to make up with the girls that's been worried about them. Touma meets with Index and Misaka, Mugino and rest of ITEM sees a girl that looks like Frenda, Accelerator still hanging out with Last Order and Worst but gets fed up with how Worst's acts towards Touma.
The next volume is due out in 2 months, and this was taken from a magazine, so it's not infallible, but rather an overview.

In the headquarters of the Science Side, Academy City the strongest Level 5 Esper Accelerator has washed his hands off the "Darkness." Along with Last Order and Misaka Worst, he passes both noisy and gentle, calm days. There is no sign of GROUP.
Skill Out's Level 0 Hamazura Shiage with the negotiating materials pertaining to the Darkness he acquired in Russia has returned and formed the new ITEM with Kinuhata, Takitsubo and Mugino and began their operations. Peace has come to the hands of the alumnus of Academy's Dark Side at last.

Well, if I had to guess, it's probably going to chronicle the lives of the others without Touma and something goes wrong, and he jumps in out of nowhere and punches something.
